Within this framework, our company has been serving small and medium-sized domestic and foreign capital companies in the fulfillment of their transactions concerning the tax and accounting processes since year 2008.

Our company carries out the reporting, recruitment and employment of the companies, and provides its auditing and tax studies in accordance with the accounting principles, and also carries out company establishments under natural persons and legal entities (Limited, Joint-Stock, Association, Cooperative, Liaison Office) and performs all kinds of company liquidation procedures and all kinds of company mergers and offers its services in relation to the general assembly meetings of the joint-stock companies.

Currently, our company provides its services with 4 Financial Advisors and 1 Financial Advisor Assistant.
